Job Description

As a Lathe Machine Operator in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Knowledge of drawing and measurements. - Experience working in Tool Room. - Experience on manual Lathe Machine. - Ensuring proper alignment and adjustment of the machine components. - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements of the workpiece. - Select the appropriate cutting tools such as turning tools, boring tools, threading tools, or grooving tools. - Start the lathe machine and adjust the machine controls to set the rotational speed, tool movements, and other parameters. - Perform various machining operations, including turning, facing, tapering, drilling, knurling, and threading. - Inspect the machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on the lathe machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and tool maintenance. - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
