Main accountabilities and tasks_ -_
1. Read & understand the manufacturing drawing & its tolerances.
2. He must be well aware of critical measuring instruments to the level upto 10 microns accuracy.
3. He should understand very quickly about the pump repair welded parts machining to the requirement of the assembly aspect clearances and shaft fits with their tolerance's limits.
4. He must have skill and experience of manufacture any complex parts on sample & fitment basis like shaft threaded nuts, shaft sleeves, taper pins for pumps, etc based on the need of SC on urgent basis.
5. He should be able to operate Radial Drill machine
6. He should operate surface Grinding and milling machine
7. He should work and understand closely with assembly/ repair team to understand the machined parts to their requirement.
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Lathe machine critical parts machining and drawing reading
