Quality Manager – Fasteners Division

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager with a strong background in fasteners manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards throughout the production cycle. This role involves designing and implementing quality control systems, identifying process improvements, and collaborating closely with the production team to maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures specific to fasteners manufacturing.
• Conduct inspections and audits at various stages of production to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Identify and address quality issues, and work with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
• Improve the reliability and consistency of new product development processes.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to company quality policies and standards.
• Analyze product failures and implement corrective/preventive measures (CAPA).
• Review and optimize existing production processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain thorough documentation of quality checks, issues, and resolution reports.
• Actively participate in daily production and quality review meetings.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality expectations and practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a quality assurance role within the fasteners or precision manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, etc.) and inspection methods.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, testing equipment, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
