Production Incharge

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Production Incharge to lead and manage daily manufacturing operations. The right candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and safety standards, and achieving production targets through effective resource and team management.

key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise and guide production teams, enforcing safety and operational protocols.
• Allocate workforce and equipment effectively to meet production targets.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as required.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and components to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery uptime and efficiency.
• Uphold strict quality control standards and report any discrepancies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and skills.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: +2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or production-focused role.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and quality systems.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, production workflows, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in the Fasteners Manufacturing Industry.
• Hands-on experience managing production shifts and leading teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
