We specialize in manufacturing small screws and fasteners using advanced processes like header forming, thread rolling, BT cut, secondary operations, and heat treatment. Position: Production Head We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Head to lead our shopfloor operations and drive excellence in manufacturing small screws. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day production using cold heading, thread rolling, and BT cut machines • Plan and manage secondary operations (slotting, pointing, trimming, etc.) • Coordinate with the heat treatment vendor/unit for timely and quality processing • Monitor quality standards, minimize rejections, and optimize cycle times • Manage manpower allocation, machine maintenance schedules, and production planning • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and process efficiency • Maintain production records, downtime logs, and daily reporting to management Requirements: • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in fastener manufacturing, preferably small screws • Strong knowledge of header & rolling machines and tool life management • Familiarity with BT cut, die setups, and secondary process management • Ability to handle a team and ensure smooth workflow • Exposure to quality systems like ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (preferred) • Engineering diploma/degree is desirable but not mandatory if experience is solid What We Offer: • A stable, growth-oriented work environment • Opportunity to work with a quality-focused team • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance-based incentives 📩 To Apply: Send your resume to hr@mohindraproducts.com or WhatsApp 9999410015 Subject: Application – Production Head (Fasteners)
