Production Incharge need to take care of recieving, preprocessing, processing, freezing, packing, storage and shipments during his shift. He should plan labour utilisation snd productivity and complete the assigned work on time assuring production protocls, quality and yield parameters. Order Tracking for each order and coordinate the production so that the orders can be completed on a priority basis. Producing products as per the Buyers specifications and the importing country requirement besides national standard. All other duties and responsibilities that are expected under this role.
A minimum of five years experience in a Seafood Industry.
