EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN

Kings Infra Ventures Limited, a leading company in the seafood processing, aquaculture, and infrastructure sector, is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chairman & Managing Director..

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CMD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes.

Handle confidential documents and correspondence.

Assist in strategic planning, business presentations, and reports.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

Proficiency in managing social media accounts, creating content, familiarity

with basic social media analytics and digital marketing tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Undertake business travel with the CMD as required

Perform other administrative and executive support tasks

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed

institution.

2 to 3 years experience in a similar executive support role or business strategy role.

Experience in handling financial reports, strategic planning, and administration.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Google slides, business correspondence

and presentation skills.

Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.

Male Candidates with the age of below 30 are preferred
