Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and audience preferences to optimize campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotional events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass communication, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for basic creatives.
• Knowledge of content marketing and blogging.
• Familiarity with video editing and reels creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
