Located in the heart of Bengaluru, S K KNITS is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge based in Bengaluru. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing the production process, managing the production team, ensuring quality control, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that production schedules are met. The Production Incharge will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, inventory management, and troubleshooting any production issues that arise. Qualifications Proven experience in production management and team management Knowledge of quality control processes and inventory management Understanding of flat knit seamless (fully fashioned) knitwear production Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is an advantage
