Lead and monitor daily last-mile operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Manage and coordinate delivery teams, drivers, and on-ground operations staff Develop and implement process improvements for better delivery performance Handle route planning, resource management, and fleet optimization Ensure operational compliance, safety standards, and high-quality service delivery Analyze delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Key Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in Last Mile / Logistics / Supply Chain operations Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills Expertise in route planning, delivery tracking, and operational KPIs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis
