Overview

The Associate Director – Landscape plays a strategic and leadership role in driving the design vision, delivery, and management of landscape architecture projects. This role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to business development while maintaining the highest standards of sustainability, innovation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and refinement of landscape design strategies for diverse project typologies.
• Ensure alignment with the firm’s design philosophy, sustainability principles, and client objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept, schematic, and detailed design to execution support.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, quality control, and adherence to budgets.
• Resolve design and site-level challenges through proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale landscape projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscape design, ecological planning, and climate-resilient strategies.
