Education:

• No formal education/degree is necessary.

Experience:

1. 1-2 years of experience in WordPress development and landing page design
2. Proven track record of creating high-converting landing pages
3. Strong portfolio showcasing landing page designs for various industries
4. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
5. Hands-on experience with popular page builders (Elementor, Divi, swipepages, clickfunnels, Flexifunnels)

Skills:

1. Advanced proficiency in WordPress development and customization
2. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
3. Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first approach
4. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
5. Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques
6. Experience with Meta Pixel implementation and tracking
7. Strong eye for design and user experience
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities
9. Good communication skills for client interactions
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
11. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance

Bonus points if you have ✨

1. Experience with Clickfunnels,Swipepages, Flexifunnel or other funnel builders
2. Experience in the coaching or ed-tech industry

Roles and responsibilities 🙋

1. Design and develop high-converting landing pages using WordPress
2. Implement and maintain conversion tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
3. Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates through A/B testing
4. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
5. Collaborate with marketing team to implement conversion-focused design elements
6. Monitor and improve page load speeds and performance metrics
7. Create and maintain landing page templates for different campaign types
8. Handle technical troubleshooting and bug fixes
9. Work closely with copywriters to implement compelling content effectively
10. Maintain documentation of page designs and optimization results
11. Regular backup and maintenance of WordPress sites
12. Implement security best practices for WordPress installations
13. Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics
14. Collaborate with the media buying team to ensure landing pages align with ad campaigns
