Landing Page Designer

As a Landing Page Designer at Growthify Media, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-converting landing pages using WordPress. Your role will involve implementing and maintaining conversion tracking systems, optimizing landing pages for maximum conversion rates through A/B testing, and ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. You will collaborate with the marketing team to implement conversion-focused design elements and monitor and improve page load speeds and performance metrics. Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining landing page templates for different campaign types, handling technical troubleshooting and bug fixes, and working closely with copywriters to implement compelling content effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of page designs and optimization results, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics, and collaborating with the media buying team to ensure landing pages align with ad campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years of experience in WordPress development and landing page design, with a proven track record of creating high-converting landing pages. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing landing page designs for various industries, experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and hands-on experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, Divi, clickfunnels, and others. In addition, you should have advanced proficiency in WordPress development and customization, a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, expertise in responsive design and a mobile-first approach, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques, experience with Meta Pixel implementation and tracking, a strong eye for design and user experience, and excellent problem-solving abilities are also required for this role. Good communication skills for client interactions, the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail and quality assurance, and bonus points for experience with Clickfunnels, Swipepages, Flexifunnel, or other funnel builders are desirable. Experience in the coaching or ed-tech industry, an understanding of marketing funnels and the customer journey, experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms, and basic knowledge of PHP for WordPress customization will be advantageous. This is a cross-functional role where you will work alongside marketers, copywriters, and media buyers.
