Job Title: Performance Marketer (3+ Years) – D2C & Edtech Location: Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, India About Adymize: Adymize is an innovative leader in the D2C and Edtech sectors, focused on empowering brands through data-driven performance marketing strategies. We're on the lookout for a dynamic, result-oriented Performance Marketer to join our growing team and help drive impactful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other performance networks. Optimize ad spend, leveraging data insights to maximize ROAS and CPL. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics tools to derive insights and inform future strategies. Drive customer acquisition through strategic paid media efforts in a D2C and Edtech environment. Continuously monitor trends and competitor strategies to ensure Adymize remains ahead of the curve. Manage and optimize user acquisition funnels, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion. Provide actionable insights to the product and growth teams, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in D2C and Edtech industries. Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analytics. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and similar platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with email marketing and SMS campaigns. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools and automated reporting. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
