Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Land Acquisition Specialist at AADHAV GREEN POWER PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to contract negotiation, communication, land acquisition, land development, and due diligence in support of the company's green power projects.

Qualifications

• Contract Negotiation and Communication skills
• Land Acquisition and Land Development expertise
• Experience in Due Diligence processes and land documentation process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local land laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in land acquisition or real estate development is a plus
• Location anywhere in South Tamilnadu.
