Overview: A Lab Technician plays a pivotal role in scientific and medical laboratories, assisting scientists and healthcare professionals by performing tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Their work ensures accurate data collection and supports research, diagnostics, and quality control processes. Key Responsibilities Sample Management: Receive, label, and safely store specimens such as blood, tissue, or chemical substances Testing and Analysis: Conduct laboratory tests following standard procedures, record observations, and interpret results Equipment Maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance jobs.
