Job Description

Personnel Management:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating laboratory staff.
Providing scientific and technical leadership and fostering professional development.
Operations & Quality:
Overseeing daily lab operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and supply management.
Developing and implementing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and compliance.
Conducting and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensuring adherence to healthcare, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and managing waste disposal.
Financial & Strategic Management:
Managing laboratory budgets, including equipment procurement, supply ordering, and cost tracking.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to develop research programs and meet organizational goals.
Contributing to grant writing and presenting performance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
