L&A Insurance Lead- India Consulting Hub

Role Overview: Wipro Limited is seeking a talented individual to join their team as the Lead for Life & Annuity (L&A) Insurance practice in India. As a part of Wipro Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, providing strategic leadership, and enhancing the delivery capabilities within the BFSI vertical. Your primary focus will be on the European business, with a secondary focus on expanding the L&A Insurance business across other geographies like APMEA and Americas. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement a robust business growth strategy in collaboration with regional Insurance Consulting Leads to increase revenues and margins - Identify and shape innovative solutions for various process areas within the Life, Pensions, and Annuities space - Act as a deputy to the Global Insurance Capability Lead or Regional Insurance Consulting leads on key opportunities and strategic engagements - Develop a competency-building strategy for the L&A Insurance team, focusing on talent recruitment and capability development - Enhance Wipro's market positioning and improve mindshare among key stakeholders in client organizations Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in consulting sales, delivery, and operational management within the Insurance industry - Experience working as a subject matter expert in a consulting or BFSI organization - Strong skills in consultative selling and creating value-based pitches for clients - Proficiency in transformational technologies, client engagement, and business re-platforming strategies - Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills - Ability to lead diverse teams towards common outcomes and drive growth in client account revenues - Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for continuous learning and career advancement - Gravitas to engage with senior business and IT clients, adaptability in dynamic environments, and effective communication abilities Additional Company Details: Wipro is committed to building a modern, end-to-end digital transformation partner that empowers individuals to reinvent themselves and their careers.
