Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including routing, connectivity, and performance problems. Maintain and optimize SD-WAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, project managers, etc.) to align on project requirements and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to network security best practices and compliance standards in SD-WAN deployments. Continuously optimize network performance through monitoring, testing, and tuning. Maintain up-to-date documentation on SD-WAN configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and network performance metrics. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in SD-WAN technologies and components. Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing SD-WAN solutions. Deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies (including VLANs, vPC, network segmentation). Proficient in routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF within SD-WAN environments. Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with complex network issue resolution. Familiarity with SD-WAN management platforms for policy creation and device onboarding. Strong understanding of network security principles and practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
