Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an L2 Production Support specialist in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience supporting Java-based applications.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for Java-based applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Work in a production support environment, ensuring timely resolution of critical assignments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain scripts using Unix OS scripting languages.
Implement DevOps tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Participate in on-call coverage, working rotational shifts and weekends.

Job Requirements

Strong technical skills in Unix OS, SQL queries, and scripting languages.
Experience in production support environments with strong technical skills.
Knowledge of ITSM service delivery, including release management.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exposure to dev-ops tools is required for this level.
Must be able to work on critical assignments (BAU support and project work) with minimal or no supervision.
Working in shifts (no night shift) along with rotational weekend/holiday on-call coverage is part of the role.
