Job Description

We are currently seeking a L1 Support Professional to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Able to provide L1 support to client.
Basic understanding of Payments domain.
Good knowledge of Service Now ticketing tool.
Willing to work in night shifts.
Past experience of providing production support to any banking or non banking client is a plus.
Technical knowledge of python or shell scripting is a plus.
