Role Overview: As a Level 1 Engineer with 2+ years of experience in IT Networks and Servers, you will be responsible for managing Network Operations independently. Your role will involve troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Internet issues, recommending solutions, and analyzing incidents. Additionally, you will be interacting with end users, senior management, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Network Operations independently including Routers, L2 & L3 switches, firewall, and Internet VPN. - Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Internet issues, recommend solutions, and perform impact analysis. - Possess good knowledge of Cloud setup from a network perspective. - Understand network protocols and multicast networks. - Administer and manage Linux Servers. - Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, escalate events when necessary. - Work with Cisco, Nokia, Huawei routers, switches, and firewall. - Interact regularly with end users, members, and senior management. - Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Network infrastructure. - Utilize Monitoring tools like PRTG and Graffna. - Manage inventory and changes effectively. - Knowledge of Automation and DevOps is a plus. Qualification Required: - Graduate with a minimum of CCNA certification. - Hands-on experience with OSI Layers, IPV4 (Subnetting), Static routing, BGP, TCP/UDP, STP, VPC, Portchannel, Port security, Port Span, Policy-based routing, QOS, and Multicasting. - Certification in Linux and Windows server administration is a plus.
