Description

We are seeking an experienced KYC Project Manager to lead our KYC initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KYC and project management, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage KYC projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement KYC policies and procedures to enhance the onboarding process.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
Provide training and support to team members on KYC processes and tools.
Evaluate and select KYC technology solutions to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

10-18 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related fields.
Strong understanding of KYC regulations and compliance requirements in India.
Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in KYC software and databases.
