Experience:
8-10 years of overall experienceMin. 3 years of Project management experience in R&D will be a key advantage.
Education with Specialization:
B.E/M.E ( Mechanical (or) Electrical/Electronics)

Roles And Responsibilities We Offer
- To achieve agreed targets of the project by managing activities related to project such as planning, execution, monitoring feedback, correction to completion etc.,
- To collaborate in effective manner for achieving project goals within R&D functions globally as well as with Factory and frontline units.
- To be proficient in doing the agile way of project management.
Required Technical Skill Set to perform the Roles and Responsibilities we offer.
- In depth knowledge of elevator products and technology- System level
- Exposure to SAP processes (delivery, customer)
- Awareness of R&D solution creation processes & methods.
- Proficiency in lean and agile ways of working…exposure to tools like JIRA is an absolute need.
- Certification in Agile processess will be an added advantage.
Required Tools / Software Knowledge to perform the Roles and Responsibilities we offer:
Working knowledge of MS-Project, JIRA or other equivalent agile project management soft tools. Good skills in Windows MS-Office365 platform & SAP environment.
Soft Skill:
Excellent communication & presentation skills. Leadership skills (especially collaboration/negotiation skills and conflict management)
Competence profile:
Good working knowledge of Research and development processes practiced in core engineering industries.
