Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a KST Associate/Senior Associate at Rakabi The Fern, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. This role is suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
