Kronos Developer

As a Kronos Developer-ADP at our technology services client, you will lead the successful implementation of the Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions system, ensuring seamless integration into the organization. Your role involves optimizing workforce management processes, supporting HR and operations teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Analyze existing workforce management processes to optimize and automate workflows. - Configure and customize Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions modules based on business requirements. - Collaborate with IT and other departments for successful integration with existing systems. - Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials. - Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support. - Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Stay updated on industry trends and recommend system enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in leading implementations of workforce management systems. - Strong understanding of time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting processes. - Proficiency in system configuration and customization. - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation. - Detail-oriented, accurate, and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.,
