Job Description

As a candidate for this role at Teknikoz, you will be responsible for leading configuration and support of various Kronos modules including Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, and Attendance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations. - Developing and managing WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces for data exchange. - Performing SQL-based reporting, data extraction, and cleansing. - Integrating Kronos with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and third-party applications. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 7 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in SQL, WIM, Visual Studio, and integration tools. - Shift timing from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
