Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Kronos WFM Developer In this role, as a Kronos Consultant, you will work closely with other team members to ensure the maximum value of our clients. The primary objective for this role is to understand clients’ requirements and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Also, as a Kronos Consultant you are responsible to Work with business users to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs. Responsibilities • Experience implementing and configuring UKG Dimensions. • Work on creating Integrations using Api/Dell Boomi as per the client requirements. • Provide configuration and technical Support to clients experiencing issues with the WFM Application. • Gather information on the client's requirements. • Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required. • Provide configuration and technical Support to clients experiencing issues with the WFM Application. • Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirement and the UKG product and work with other teams to resolve them. • Create training documentations/user guides, and knowledge base articles to educate users on utilizing the WFD Application effectively. • Support clients through the Different phases of testing till Go-live. • Investigate and analyze complex software issues reported by clients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective problem resolution. • Provide guidance on system setup, configuration changes, testing and new feature utilization to maximize productivity and enhance user experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, performance problems, and user inquiries. • Proactively work on any database related tasks/issues • Collaborate with internal teams, including development and quality assurance, to escalate and prioritize issues requiring advanced technical attention. • Create comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting common issues and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. • Perform Analysis and debugging existing database objects, stored procedures and updating them as per the user requirements. • Create SOPs and document the project related changes or tasks. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills • Any bachelor’s degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Experience implementing and configuring Kronos Dimensions . • Experience in setting up integrations using Api’s/ Dell Boomi • Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, such as time and attendance, accruals, activities, scheduling, and payroll. • Experience in Creating custom SQL queries, Procedures, Functions, etc. • Proficient in performing system configurations, troubleshooting software issues, and testing. • Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Kronos WIM for Workforce Central and Dell Boomi for Kronos Dimensions. • Ability to configure Kronos clocks. • Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities and other Workforce Central/Dimensions modules will be an added plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and help understanding technical concepts to non-technical users. • Exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. • Customer-focused mindset with a zeal for delivering outstanding customer service. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced support environment. • Relevant certifications in UKG or related technologies are highly desirable. • Experience working independently without daily supervision. • Basic knowledge on SFTP, SMTP, DNS, SSL certificate installation is plus.
