Job Description

As an experienced professional with 2+ years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end Kronos implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. Your expertise in Requirements Gathering, Solution Design and Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, Post Go-Live Support, and End User Education will be instrumental in ensuring successful project outcomes. Additionally, your proficiency in Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Connect, Workforce Analytics, and Workforce Integration Manager will be highly valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Actively aid the consulting team in different project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research and build proof of concepts (POCs) - Create requirement specifications, define processes, and detailed functional designs based on business needs - Configure solution requirements, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers - Work with clients to identify business challenges, analyze data, and contribute to client deliverables - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends - Apply logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions - Possess one or two industry domain knowledge Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management - Extensive consulting/technical experience in Kronos implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects - Good working knowledge of Kronos Workforce modules including Timekeeper, Scheduler, Connect, Analytics, and Integration Manager - Experience in Kronos version/service pack upgrade If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience to contribute to our clients" digital transformation journey, we welcome you to join our team at Infosys.,
