Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. This role provides cross-functional support in content, knowledge management, communications, marketing and Research. You will be an integral part of delivering consistent, high-quality support to the stakeholders and work independently and with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
:
- Provide end-to-end assistance with internal communications and newsletters.
- Prepare metrics reports for newsletters /campaigns.
- Competitive watch of the industry (trends/what our competitor do)
- Market Research
- Write, edit, and proofread internal content including leadership blogs, executive messages, and social media posts.
- Manage the publication, distribution, and lifecycle of digital knowledge assets.
- Support content migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Connected Source etc).
- Prepare wins and opportunity reports and assist in industry performance tracking.
- Support virtual/in-person event and conferences.
- Prepare wins and opportunity reports from Salesforce and maintain different performance dashboards.
Skills and experience:
- Quick learner with experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings.
- Good data gathering, handling and analysis skillset.
- Experience in or willingness to learn new tools, e.g. Salesforce, Alteryx, PowerBI.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM/ Einstein Analytics (preferred).
- Running Salesforce reports

Qualifications
- Masters in Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
