Klaviyo Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Klaviyo Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging Klaviyo features to design, implement, and optimize email and SMS marketing initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. This role requires hands-on knowledge of creating customer journeys, automated workflows, segmentation, and designing impactful templates aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, set up, and manage automated workflows and customer journeys in Klaviyo.
• Build, test, and optimize email and SMS campaigns to maximize conversions.
• Create responsive, on-brand templates with strong design and user experience principles.
• Segment audiences effectively to deliver personalized messaging.
• Monitor campaign analytics and deliver actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Ensure templates and campaigns follow best practices for deliverability and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Klaviyo marketing automation (workflows, journeys, A/B testing, segmentation).
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for email template customization.
• Experience with email design tools and ability to create visually compelling layouts.
• Deep understanding of data-driven marketing and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies (preferred: Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar integrations).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing.
• Familiarity with other CRM or automation tools beyond Klaviyo.
• Creative approach to subscriber retention and lifecycle marketing.
