About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Manager to handle client projects, manage teams, and work hands-on with WordPress and Shopify platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a marketing agency and understands website development, e-commerce stores, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements clearly and translating them into technical tasks for the team.
• Conduct regular client calls, gather project requirements, and provide clear project briefs to designers and developers.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Work directly on WordPress and Shopify websites — handling updates, customisation, troubleshooting, and store management when developers are unavailable.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team, proactively addressing challenges and roadblocks.
• Monitor project health, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take ownership of small technical tasks, especially in situations where a developer is unavailable.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in a marketing agency or similar client-driven environment, preferably in a technical or project management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
• Solid understanding of website development, e-commerce store management, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working in UK time zone (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

Preferred Skills

• Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and other prefer languages
• Ability to handle urgent technical issues directly when developers are unavailable.
• Experience in writing clear technical documentation and project briefs.
