Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager in Mumbai, focusing on managing key accounts in the Ad-Tech industry. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This will involve creating business plans, analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling, and implementing customer service strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement an account growth strategy to retain clients and increase revenue through upselling new offerings and products - Take ownership of relationships with key clients from the US and India, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Execute programmatic media and paid media campaigns - Manage and optimize app campaigns using Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) - Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns - Build strong client relationships to retain existing business and attract new campaigns - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that ad campaigns meet client expectations - Proactively track and resolve key client issues while managing expectations internally and externally - Influence client strategy by identifying and recommending new opportunities and products for cross-selling and upselling Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of relevant experience in account management - Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting product ideas to clients - Exceptional analytical skills to interpret client data effectively - Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously - Advanced motivational and negotiation skills - Preference for experience in account management within mobile/online advertising or direct marketing (Note: Omitting additional details of the company as it is not present in the job description),
