Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts. Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the technology industry. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
