Job Purpose To be responsible for managing operations for the brand Linen Club Studio in large format stores PAN India. Job Context & Major Challenges Job Context & Job Challenges: To analyze secondary sales and stock in hand and coordinate with HO for replenishments at store level, category level to achieve sales targets, sell-through. To deliver all the retail KPI s UPT, ATV, AVU resulting to a profitable ROI for each door. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Meeting Secondary Budget Analyze secondary sales and stock in hand on weekly basis and coordinate with HO for replenishments at store level, category level to achieve sales targets, sell-through Follow up with backend and front end for inventory management KRA2 Serviceability Coordinate with cross functional teams, especially with logistics Monitor and manage the return-to-vendor process, ensuring it is efficient and in compliance with company policies Maintain optimal stock cover levels by working with logistics and supply chain to balance inventory turnover and product availability Implement tactics to enhance product visibility and appeal to consumers at the point of purchase by following principles of shelf optimization Track and analyze OTIF metrics to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed on time KRA3 Positive EBIDTA for Channel Deliver all the retail KPI s UPT,ATV ,AVU resulting to a profitable ROI for each door Qualifications: MBA Minimum Experience Level: 5-10 Years Report to: Senior General Manager
