Flexmoney was instrumental in creating and establishing the “Cardless EMI” payment category

enabling lendersto offer a fully-digital transacting EMI instrument to their users without the need for a credit card. Our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform powers affordability for over 68,000 online merchants (including direct integration with marquee merchants Flipkart, Amazon and MakeMyTrip) across categories such as travel, insurance, home, fashion, sports, electronics, mobiles, health and wellness amongst others. We offer the largest supply of pre-approved digital EMI credit lines(64M+) helping drive best-in-class digital affordability coverage and conversion for our merchants and brand customers.


To power the next phase of Flexmoney’s growth we have expanded our platform capabilities

dramatically. In addition to our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform, InstaCredTM 360,

Flexmoney’s NEW omni-channel Affordability Suite now enables sales associate-assisted affordability journeys across all channels - in-store, via tele-callers and also for face-to-face agent sales. The InstaCredTM 360 Affordability Suite will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc


Job Role:

To work towards maintaining & enhancing relationship with existing merchant partners, to ensure

increased usage of specific lending solution for existing and new merchants, specifically for

Edtech/Education vertical, Insurance, travel or Health Tech vertical. To find new merchants also as per requirements, if the need arises.


Key Responsibilities:

Vertical Level understanding:

with basic understanding in the credit policies running with different segments like Upskilling/K12/Higher studies etc. understanding of Health tech/Insurance or Travel segment

is a plus.

Merchant Level understanding on business potential:

on specific lender level solutions, available with Flexmoney.

• Relationship management with the merchant:

- Tracking weekly numbers and ensure success of the initiatives launched with merchants.

- Increased merchant satisfaction by being able to provide proper resolutions in overall to specific

requirements from merchants.

- Engage with merchants as per business plan and work on further deepening the relationship in

terms of product penetration, additional channels to increase business opportunities with the

merchants.

The objective is to work towards business growth for the stakeholders of merchant accounts, which

will translate to increased revenue for Flexmoney. The role is 80% farming and 20% hunting.

• Compliance to sales processes and regulatory requirements:

- Regular heatmap of the merchant relationships that need to be regularly managed

- Work with internal stakeholders and facilitate higher penetration of Flexmoney products with

designated merchants.

- Adherences to sales processes including CRM and other regulatory requirements


What we look for?

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Relationship management, Having relationships

with merchants specific to edtech/Education as a segment is necessary, relationships with

Health, Insurance and Travel merchants is an add on.

• Go-getter, self-motivated and has the drive to create immediate impact through relationships

and innovative ways to ensure product penetration.

• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Able to do the balanced task

of promoting customer satisfaction within FM and grow FM revenue with the merchant

• Good communication and presentation skills. Must know local language – Kannada. Knowing

any one additional language amongst Telegu, Tamil & Malayalam is an add on. Knowing

English is mandatory.

• Must have Bike, and should be ready to travel to Hyderabad and Chennai locations also, as

need arises for merchant meetings.
