About the Role:

E-commerce - Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement
marketing and sales strategies
to improve product visibility and availability on all leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned
key e-commerce accounts
, including listings, promotions, pricing, and order management.
Collaborate with internal teams on
new product development (NPD)
and
assortment planning
.
Analyze and optimize
MIS reports
, providing actionable insights to management.
Monitor and maintain
accurate product data, pricing, and invoicing information
across platforms.
Track campaign performance, sales growth, and ensure achievement of
monthly revenue targets
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to drive category growth.

Desired Skills & Experience

Prior experience in an
e-commerce environment
, preferably managing marketplace accounts.
Proven record of
scaling business through e-commerce channels
.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
MS Excel and data-driven decision-making
.
Understanding of
digital marketing levers
like SEO, sponsored ads, and content optimization.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and coordination
skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven setup.
