Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategically important clients. The KAM will act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent client servicing, resolving issues proactively, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and business models.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day client operations, including service delivery, escalations, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account growth through consultative engagement.
  • Analyze account performance and prepare regular review reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address client feedback and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
