Key Account Officer- Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Modern Trade Operations:

  Lead and manage the

  Modern Trade business in Jaipur

  , ensuring effective planning and execution to meet volume, revenue, and visibility objectives.

• Key Account Handling:

  Directly handle modern trade accounts such as

  D-Mart, Apollo Pharmacy, Lulu, and SAMT

  . Build strong partnerships with store management and purchase teams to maximize product presence and sales.

• Team Leadership:

  Supervise and guide a team of

  20 merchandisers and promoters

  . Monitor in-store activities, ensure adherence to planograms, and implement promotional strategies.

• Distributor Management:

  Coordinate with distributors for

  order booking, stock availability, timely deliveries

  , and resolving operational issues. Ensure accurate and timely

  claim processing

  for schemes, discounts, and returns.

• Sales Reporting & Analytics:

  Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and stock reports to identify performance gaps. Recommend and implement corrective actions to optimize business performance.

• Upcountry Market Coverage:

  Travel to

  upcountry locations across Rajasthan

  to ensure retail execution, availability, and expansion of modern trade business in untapped territories.

• Retail Visibility & Activation:

  Ensure the execution of brand visibility, product displays, and in-store marketing campaigns to enhance brand recall and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in

  Modern Trade

  , preferably in the

  FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sector

  .
• Prior experience in handling

  D-Mart, Apollo, Lulu, or SAMT

  in

  Jaipur

  is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of

  distributor operations, claim processing, and trade schemes

  .
• Excellent

  data analysis skills

  with the ability to derive insights and take corrective actions.
• Proven ability to

  lead field teams

  , manage execution KPIs, and drive motivation at the store level.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  across Jaipur and upcountry markets in Rajasthan.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
