As a Key Accounts Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with potential partners in the Ed-tech space. Your primary duties will include managing the end-to-end cycle of student enrollment, handling leads from B2B partners, ensuring accuracy of documents, and maintaining regular follow-ups and feedback calls with partners. Additionally, you will be expected to build cross-discipline relationships within the organization to facilitate effective closures. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential partners - Handle end-to-end cycle of student enrollment - Manage leads from B2B partners, from initiation to student admission - Monitor and follow up on accuracy of documents provided - Maintain strong follow-ups and feedback calls with partners - Utilize leads efficiently with consistent follow-ups and low Turn-Around-Time (TAT) - Build cross-discipline relationships within the organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field - 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar background - Strong verbal communication and listening skills - Keen interest in education and innovation, with sales acumen - Ability to work under pressure - Detail-oriented approach to work - Capability of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues If you join us, you will be a part of a fast-growing startup that is defining strategies for company growth.
