Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including JSW Plant In-House, architects, contractors, and builders in Mumbai Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the Mumbai market, including JSW Plant In-House Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Mumbai market and increase market share Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers and prospects Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services Manage and coordinate logistics, delivery, and installation of products for JSW Plant In-House and other key customers Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management in the construction chemicals or waterproofing industry Strong understanding of the construction industry and waterproofing/construction chemicals products Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Shall require to travel extensive in Plant and Market to seek Business Opportunities Experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in a similar industry is a plus Preferred Skills: Knowledge of waterproofing and construction chemicals products Experience in managing large industrial accounts, such as JSW Plant In-House Strong network of contacts in the construction industry Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline
