Key Account Manager - Sales

Role Overview: - Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, establish strong relationships, and understand their business needs and objectives. - Ensure client retention and growth through timely renewals, suggesting up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and recognizing potential within existing accounts. - Analyze client challenges in the import-export industry and propose tailored data and intelligence solutions. - Onboard and train new clients for a smooth transition and optimize product utilization. - Deliver performance reporting, updates, insights, and product analytics to showcase ROI and value. - Gather feedback from clients to represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance offerings. - Stay informed about EXIM trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to provide added value. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in client relationship management, solution selling, and account growth. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of the import-export industry and data intelligence solutions. - Ability to analyze client needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
