Key Account Manager - Sales

Position: KAM/Sr.KAM - Retail Sales

Reports to General Manager
Experience- Min 5 yrs

Salary Range- 6 LPA-9 LPA
Should be from the Luxury Furniture Industry

Client Relationship Management

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.

 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring seamless communication.

 Address client needs proactively and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and

expectations.

Collaboration with Design & Dispatch Teams

 Coordinate with in-house design and Dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of

products.

 Provide client feedback to the design team for incorporating into new furniture collections.

 Ensure product quality meets the luxury standards expected by the clientele.

Sales & Reporting

 Prepare and present sales forecasts, account status, and performance reports to Line Manager

 Track key account performance metrics (e.g., revenue, order frequency, client satisfaction).

Client Consultation & Customization

 Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, including space planning and

aesthetic preferences.

 Offer expert consultation on luxury furniture trends, material choices, and design concepts.

Post-Sales Support

 Oversee delivery, installation, and after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction.

 Handle any post-sales issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain client trust.

Brand Representation

 Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

 Ensure all interactions and communications uphold the luxury positioning of the brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
