Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow our business across Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket Now, and Amazon Fresh. You’ll be the single point of contact responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and platform partners. What You’ll Do: Manage daily operations and performance across all Q-Commerce platforms Achieve monthly sales, margin, and GMV targets Maintain catalog listings, pricing, and inventory health Plan & execute offers, campaigns, and visibility initiatives Coordinate with supply chain & warehouse teams for smooth replenishment Monitor analytics, competitor activities, and campaign ROI Collaborate with internal teams for new launches and performance growth ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) 2–5 years’ experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce account management Strong analytical, Excel & reporting skills Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart dashboards Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination abilities Result-oriented mindset with ownership and multitasking capability ________________________________________ Performance KPIs: Monthly GMV & Sales Target Achievement Margin Improvement & Account Profitability Listing Health & Stock Availability Campaign ROI & Visibility Growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
