MIS And Inventory Executive

As an E-Commerce & Inventory Executive, your role will involve managing inventory reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth e-commerce workflow. You should be detail-oriented and proactive with hands-on experience in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily e-commerce operations across various marketplaces/platforms. - Maintain and update product listings, prices, and stock availability. - Utilize ERP software for tracking inventory movement, purchase orders, GRNs, and dispatches. - Prepare and analyze inventory reports, shortage reports, and stock ageing reports. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel for VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, formulas, and dashboards. - Monitor stock discrepancies and liaise with warehouse and accounts teams. - Identify and resolve inventory-related issues and ensure timely replenishments. - Assist in planning stock audits and reconciling physical vs. system stock. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and inventory management. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems. - Expertise in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting. - Ability to handle large data sets and generate accurate reports. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities.
