We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at Baby N Mom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations through effective MIS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and generate insights to support management decisions.
Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate data.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports.
Automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or MIS tools.
Handle data extraction, data cleaning, and data management activities.
Support management in forecasting, planning, and operational analysis.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Functions, Charts).
Basic understanding of Power BI / Google Data Studio (preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with large data sets and maintain accuracy.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (Any stream).
1–2 years of experience in MIS / Data Entry / Reporting roles (preferred).
Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
