Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our brand visibility and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities — from social media and SEO to paid ads and influencer campaigns — to grow our digital presence and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars to promote products, offers, and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads) to increase ROI and conversions.
• Handle SEO and website performance to drive organic traffic.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for product creatives, videos, and ad copies.
• Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and parenting communities for brand promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and baby-care industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of social media management and content marketing.
• Creative mindset with good communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
