1. Act as the SPOC for Home owners:

   Serve as the single point of contact, taking ownership of tasks with a proactive approach. This includes driving actions, solving problems efficiently, and ensuring timely follow-ups to deliver successful outcomes.

2. Think Strategically and Plan for Success:

   Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenues, plan effectively to achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring processes are followed, streamlined and aligned with organizational goals.

3. Coordinate and Drive Execution:

   Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are not just communicated but actively followed up on until completion, maintaining accountability and delivering results.

4. Conduct Regular Governance Meets:

   Visit homes in your portfolio and meet homeowners at the villa, our office, or the HO office at regular intervals to strengthen relationships, review progress, and address governance matters effectively.
