As our Key Account Manager for Quick Commerce, you will be the bridge between our dermaceutical expertise and the lightning-fast world of platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy and Instamart. Your mission is to ensure that our customers can get a skin saving sunscreen or a healing acne gel in minutes, not days.

What You'll Do (The Impact):

* Own the Quick Commerce P&L: You won't just track sales; you'll be responsible for the entire quick commerce business. This includes everything from assortment planning and pricing to promotion execution and revenue growth.

* Be a Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute the Quick Commerce strategy, ensuring our Fixderma stands out in a crowded, high-speed marketplace.

* Build Partnerships, You'll work directly with their category and marketing teams to unlock exclusive promotions, increase our visibility, and drive sales.

* Analyze and Optimize at Speed: The quick commerce world moves fast. You must be a master of data analytics, using real-time insights to optimize campaigns, manage inventory, and preemptively solve problems like stock-outs.

Who You Are (The Essentials):

* You have 3-5 years of experience in a key account management or sales role, with a strong preference for experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or FMCG.

* You have a deep understanding of how quick commerce platforms operate, including their advertising models, promotional mechanics, and fulfillment systems.

* You're an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver.

* You are passionate about the skincare industry and believe in the power of dermaceuticals to improve people's lives.
