Job Requirements:

  • Must be good in Excel.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and building trust and loyalty.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and presentations to clients, highlighting performance, progress, and value provided.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computers, specifically a good knowledge or hands-on command of Advanced Excel, is essential for the successful execution of the role.
  • Good hold on English, both verbal and written, is crucial as the KAM will be required to communicate with customers.
  • The candidate should maintain a professional appearance and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Seeking an experienced candidate who has worked in a similar role and can effectively handle the responsibilities associated with a KAM position.
  • Billing creation and follow-up with the customers.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BE, BTech, BCA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in key account management, strategic sales, or a related role.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
